The service
Psychological counselling and consultation for children, adolescents, adults, and parent consultation. In person in Budapest or online, in English or Hungarian.
A session is 50 minutes. Fee: 30 000 Ft per session. The price shown on this site is the final price.
This website is informational. It is not healthcare, not a substitute for a medical or psychiatric assessment, and not an emergency service.
I do not advertise healing, treatment of illnesses or mental disorders as a medical service. The work is counselling, consultation and accompaniment.
Booking and payment
Times are chosen from published open slots. The fee is payable by card (Visa, Mastercard) on Stripe’s page when the payment account is active.
Until Stripe is connected, a booking on this site is an enquiry; I confirm the time by email.
Card numbers are not stored on this website.
Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge at least 24 hours before the session (agnes.csaba.psy@gmail.com or +36 30 202 1601).
If you cancel within 24 hours, or do not attend, the 30 000 Ft session fee may be charged.
Withdrawal (distance contracts)
Under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), the 14-day consumer withdrawal right does not apply to services to be performed on a specific date once performance has begun. A booked session is such a service.
Outcomes and liability
I do not guarantee results, a fixed number of sessions, or the removal of a difficulty. The work is individual.

Confidentiality
What is said in sessions is confidential, except in the cases defined by law such as immediate danger.
