The practice
Every person has a unique story.
I believe that a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. Together we make space to understand yourself, your emotions and your relationships — and to find new ways of meeting what life is asking of you.
I have worked with expats and international communities for more than fifteen years, and I have lived abroad myself. I know the excitement of building a life in a new place — and the uncertainty, loneliness and search for belonging that can come with it.

Whether you are going through a difficult period, navigating a life change, or simply feel that something needs to shift, therapy can be a place to pause, reflect and find a way forward.

Three steps
You do not have to walk this path alone.
- 01
Choose a time
Open times are in the calendar. Pick the one that fits — in person in Budapest, or online.
- 02
Pay by card
The session is 30 000 Ft. Once the payment goes through, the time is yours.
- 03
We meet
I work with children, adults and parents. We go at a pace that feels safe, in English or Hungarian.
The way I work
Warm, compassionate, accepting.
A safe relationship
Change begins where you feel heard. I offer a respectful, open and non-judgemental space — for you, and for your child.
Your unique story
There is no single method for every person. I choose from an integrative toolkit what genuinely fits the personality and the difficulty in front of us.
Lived experience
I lived abroad as a child and as an adult. I know what it is to be a foreigner — and I have accompanied international families in Hungary for fifteen years.
