What do I ask for?
On the forms: your name, email, phone number, and whatever you choose to write. When you book a time I also keep the session type, the confirmation code, and the last four digits of the card used — never the full card number.
Legal basis and retention
Contact is based on your enquiry, as a step before any agreement to work together. Clinical notes, if we begin, are kept according to professional and legal rules. Enquiries sent through this site are stored on your own device in this preview environment and are not sent to an external server.
Confidentiality
The content of sessions is covered by legal and ethical confidentiality. Information is shared with a third party only in the cases defined by law, such as immediate danger to life.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction. You may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH). In a mental-health emergency call 116-123 (Hungarian crisis line) or 112.
Visitor statistics
If you accept cookies, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) records visits: pages viewed, device type and approximate region. IP addresses are anonymised. Ads and Google advertising features are off. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it any time via Cookies in the footer. Session content and contact-form messages are never sent to Analytics.
