Information arising from psychological consultation may be special-category (health) data under the GDPR. It is handled under professional confidentiality and applicable law.
What data does this website process?
Contact form: name, email, phone (if given), message, and acceptance of this notice.
Booking: name, email, phone, session type, format, language, chosen slot, confirmation code. When card payment is active, Stripe processes the card — this site never stores the full number, only brand and last four digits of a successful payment.
Cookies / analytics: if you consent, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) records visits (pages, device type, approximate region). No ads, no Facebook Pixel. IP addresses are anonymised.
Session content and clinical notes are not kept on this website. If we begin working together they are held separately in professional records.
Legal basis and retention
Enquiries and booking steps: steps prior to a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and your consent via the checkbox (Art. 6(1)(a); special category Art. 9(2)(a)).
Google Analytics: consent only (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it any time via Cookies in the footer.
Enquiries: for as long as needed to reply, and at most 12 months if no engagement follows.
If we begin work, professional records are kept according to the rules of the profession.
Consent on the forms
Forms can be sent only if you tick a separate box accepting this notice. The box is not pre-ticked.
Recipients
Form.taxi: forwarding contact emails.
Google Ireland Ltd.: analytics, only after consent.
Vercel Inc.: technical hosting.
Stripe (when card payment is active): taking payment. This site does not receive the card number.
Session content is disclosed to a third party only in the cases defined by law, such as immediate danger to life.
Confidentiality
Psychological work is covered by legal and ethical confidentiality, independently of this website.
Your rights
